We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Lead. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the 2nd shift supervisor, ensuring efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in molding, clean room operations, assembly, and material handling, as well as the ability to read and write in English sufficiently to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the 2nd shift supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring production goals are met.
• Supervise and coordinate team activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor workflow in molding, clean room, assembly, and material handling areas to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Train and support team members, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, especially within clean room environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to production and materials.
• Communicate effectively with the supervisor and team members to address issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in molding, clean room operations, assembly, and material handling.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English at a functional level to follow instructions and complete documentation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety and cleanliness protocols, particularly in clean room settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet production deadlines.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift (M-F 3 PM-11 PM, might need to train on 1st shift).
