Job Description

Carter Engineering Consultants, a Georgia-based civil engineering firm, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate should be an experienced, motivated professional exhibiting high standards, excellent time management, and above average communication skills. The position consists of a 40-hour work week and salary will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plan. Responsibilities

• (Accounts Receivable) Submit invoicing to clients
• (Accounts Receivable) Monitor aging of invoicing, facilitate payment of invoicing, and participate in collection efforts
• (Accounts Receivable) Input reimbursable expenses into automation software
• (Clerical) Monitor office inventory and generate supply orders
• (Clerical) Track outbound shipments and confirm delivery
