Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company in Jacksonville, Florida to find an Administrative Assistant. This individual will provide administrative and operational support for the office. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance options, PTO, and paid holidays.

  • Location: Jacksonville, FL
  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Annual Salary $40,000 - $42,000

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls, directing visitors, and serving as a professional point of contact for the office.
  • Creating, organizing, and maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems and databases.
  • Supporting Human Resources and Accounting functions.
  • Managing information flow, supporting staff, and assisting with bookkeeping.
