The Role:
We’re seeking an Energetic and Eager Architectural Technician with a knack for wood frame construction and experience in residential and commercial projects. If you’re looking to contribute to exciting projects, develop your expertise, and work alongside talented professionals, this is the perfect opportunity!
What You’ll Do:
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD
- Ensure all drawings meet building codes, regulations, and client specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to incorporate technical details seamlessly
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions
- Keep organized records of all drawings and revisions for smooth project workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in architectural drafting, with strong knowledge of wood frame construction
- Mastery of AutoCAD (required)
- Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Ability to accurately interpret architectural and engineering plans
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude
