Responsibilities:
• Independently manage a caseload of insurance defense cases from inception through resolution
• Represent clients in court for hearings, conferences, and motions
• Participate in/Conduct depositions
• Conduct Hearings
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of Litigation Defense experience. Admission to the New York Bar.
