Title: Estate Planning Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage estate planning probate, and/or real estate matters
• Provide excellent legal counsel and service to clients
• Draft and review legal documents
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and courts
• Handle legal research and analysis
• Maintain timely and accurate billing

Requirements:

• Member of the Washington State Bar Association in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in estate planning OR probate OR real estate
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve with minimal oversight
• Positive, caring personality and strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management

Bonus Experience:

• Experience with special needs planning or administration
• Elder law knowledge or background
• Familiarity with trust administration
