Job Description

Our client, located in Nashville, TN is looking to add a direct hire Associate Attorney to their team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate law .

Duties:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, loan documents, and related agreements.
Conduct title and survey reviews; manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial real estate closings, including large, complex, multi-party transactions.
Provide counsel on commercial real estate finance matters, offering strategic, business-minded solutions.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to analyze complex legal and business issues and develop creative, practical strategies.
Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and responsiveness in client service, while working effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Manage responsibilities without heavy reliance on support staff; maintain advanced proficiency with legal practice software and tools.
Exhibit academic excellence and leadership, holding a J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in the U.S. (Tennessee or Alabama preferred).
Requirements:
Must be licensed and able to practice law in the state of TN
2+ years of active practice in commercial real estate law

Pay: $130k-$150k depending on years of experience
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
