Position Title: Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate

Location: Florida, New Jersey, or New York Offices

Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate to join an esteemed legal team in one of the offices in Florida, New Jersey, or New York . This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a background in tax law and estate planning to become part of a collaborative, client-focused, and nationally recognized practice.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in tax, trusts, and estates law .
• An LL.M. degree is preferred , with a focus in Taxation or Estate Planning .
• Bar admission is required in one or more of the following states (Florida, New Jersey, or New York)—specifically in the state where the candidate wishes to be primarily located.
• A background working at a mid or larger size firm highly preferred
• Must possess strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills , with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A solid understanding of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
• Experience drafting complex estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, and related instruments.
• Familiarity with probate and trust administration processes.
• A proactive approach to client service and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• A collaborative attitude and a commitment to contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 – $315,000 .
