Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Associate located in Fairview, NJ. The Auto Sales Associate will be responsible for selling cars and value-adding services to customers, coordinating and executing sales promotions, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that customers receive an exceptional buying experience. The right candidate will get the opportunity to collaborate closely with managing partners in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales volume and revenue. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cars and a proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle based on their needs and budget
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-ups
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our used car inventory and pricing
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
• Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth transaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership performance goals
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sales Associate in the automotive industry is a must
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Expertise in sales strategies and techniques, and ability to coach and mentor sales staff
• Reporting the customer’s credit, processing financing, and leasing deals.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
• Experience creating engaging content for social media channels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of local and state regulations governing automotive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required

This Role is full-time Monday - Saturday from 9AM-7:30PM
