Position Summary:
We're looking for a hardworking, reliable Barback to support our bartending team at the FanDuel Sportsbook Restaurant in the United Center. You’ll help keep our bar areas fully stocked, clean, and running smoothly during busy shifts.
This is a union role with part-time, event-based scheduling. Open availability—including nights, weekends, and holidays—is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock bar with glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies
Refill liquor and maintain inventory throughout the shift
Clear and clean the bar area, wash glassware
Assist with food running and cleanups as needed
Support bartenders and team members to ensure top service
Qualifications:
Ability to follow instructions and handle physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for long periods)
Basic math and reading skills
Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Team player with a positive attitude
Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching for most of the shift.
