Now Hiring: Bilingual Patient Coordinator - Westminster, MD

Pay: $20-$22/hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Onsite

Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual Patient Coordinator for a mental health practice located in Westminster, Maryland . This is a non-clinical, front office position that plays a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care and fluent in both English and Spanish .

The practice is family-centric, stable, and offers a range of mental health services including psychiatry, therapy, and counseling .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients for appointments; manage the intake process efficiently and warmly
  • Schedule appointments using the EMR system , including reminder calls and follow-ups for no-shows
  • Handle medication refill requests according to practice workflows
  • Update and review referral documents, consent forms, intake paperwork, and insurance authorizations within the EMR
  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Director and assist in daily office operations

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Minimum 3 years of recent administrative experience , including front-desk or reception duties
  • Recent experience in the healthcare industry in an administrative or support role
  • Comfortable using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Basic understanding of healthcare insurance , including co-pays, referrals, and claims
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on new processes and systems
