Overview:

CSP is partnering with a reputable client to identify a Business Intelligence Analyst to support and expand their enterprise data capabilities. Our client is working with a leading consulting team to establish a solid analytics framework and are now ready to expand. They’re seeking someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges and wants to help shape the future of their BI strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and compile monthly data from a wide range of ERP systems and external sources, ensuring accuracy through thorough data cleaning and preprocessing
• Propose and implement validation checks to ensure data outputs align with business expectations
• Optimize and automate data harvesting through APIs, table consolidation, or by obtaining direct access to external data systems
• Define, maintain, and evolve KPIs and performance metrics to measure business effectiveness
• Design and develop advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools
• Conduct ad hoc data analyses to investigate business performance and support strategic initiatives

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience managing and analyzing large datasets
• Strong command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Experience with data platforms like Alteryx or Tableau Prep for data blending and transformation
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an ability to navigate and make sense of complex data environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating data from ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Great Plains, Build Ops, etc.)
• Familiarity with API integrations and ETL pipelines
• Experience working in or with multi-entity organizations
