Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Professional to join their team! This position is located in Cary, North Carolina.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems
  • Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed
  • Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution
  • Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer support or service-related role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  • Proven strong customer service skills with a focus on issue resolution and client satisfaction
  • Ability to provide timely and transparent updates to customers and team members
  • Proficient keyboarding and data entry skills with attention to accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to retain and apply on-the-job knowledge to real-time situations
  • Ability to quickly understand technical issues and route them to the appropriate team for resolution

The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $43.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
