Campus Director – Grades K–6

Location: Blythewood, SC

Client: Insight Global (on behalf of a new K–12 charter school)

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree ( Master’s preferred )
  • Experienced educational leader with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to manage school operations while driving efficiency and growth
  • Knowledge of revenue generation and enrollment strategies
  • Comfortable with the challenge of building a new school community
  • Proven success in education leadership (Principal or Assistant Principal roles)

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is opening a new K–12 charter school in Blythewood, SC. We are seeking a dynamic Campus Director to lead K–6 operations, foster a positive culture, and drive academic excellence.

The Campus Director role is multifaceted, requiring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to create a productive and values-driven learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Leadership

  • Create and sustain a safe, moral, and wholesome environment
  • Foster a positive culture for students and staff, ensuring dignity and respect
  • Promote and model core values: Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Service, Excellence (RAISE)

Academic Excellence

  • Establish and meet academic goals aligned with standards
  • Support achievement and growth across all grade levels
  • Develop leadership education programs for staff and students

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and extracurricular activities
  • Implement procedures for discipline, dress code, and employee conduct
  • Safeguard confidential information of students, staff, and the organization

Community Engagement

  • Build relationships with parents, communities, and external organizations
  • Promote the school’s public image and support enrollment growth

Staff Development

  • Design and lead professional development programs
  • Ensure staff conduct aligns with school values and policies

Strategic Initiatives

  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on enrollment strategies
  • Coordinate with the Leadership Director to implement leadership education programs
  • Pursue annual goals that support the school’s mission, vision, and priorities

Other Duties

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
