Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise collaboration platforms. This role involves configuring, integrating, and optimizing communication systems to support voice, video, and messaging needs across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering secure, reliable, and scalable communication solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise-level collaboration platforms including voice, video, and messaging tools
• Configure advanced call routing features and ensure system stability and performance across distributed environments
• Integrate communication systems with business applications, identity platforms, and third-party services
• Provide technical leadership during project deployments, upgrades, and incident resolution initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications in enterprise collaboration technologies are a plus
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing and managing enterprise communication platforms
• Strong understanding of voice and video protocols, endpoint management, and interoperability across hybrid environments
• Proficiency with security best practices for communication tools, including encryption and access control models

The Pay Rate range for this position is $75 - $85 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
