Job Title : Cisco WebEx Infrastructure SME

Location : Ohio– USA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Collaboration Technology Subject Matter Expert SME to manage our Cisco Webex Infrastructure Microsoft Teams and other collaboration

devices

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and troubleshooting collaboration systems ensuring optimal performance and reliability

Key Responsibilities

Manage Collaboration Infrastructure Oversee the operation maintenance and troubleshooting of Cisco Webex Microsoft Teams and other collaboration devices

System Maintenance Perform regular maintenance tasks including updates patches and backups to ensure the collaboration systems are secure and uptodate

Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve system issues including hardware software and network problems related to collaboration technologies

Performance Optimization Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime

Documentation Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps

Security Management Ensure the security of collaboration systems by implementing best practices and adhering to security policies

Collaboration Work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to support business operations and projects

Training and Support Provide training and support to other team members and endusers as needed

Qualifications

Experience 10 years of experience in managing collaboration technologies including Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams

Technical Skills Strong knowledge of collaboration systems including hardware software and associated communication technologies

ProblemSolving Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Communication Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams

Documentation Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation

Certifications Relevant certifications in collaboration technologies or related fields are a plus

Preferred Skills

Experience with other collaboration tools and technologies

Knowledge of networking and security principles

Familiarity with modern IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
