A growing financial services company is looking to add to their Client Services department. This company is rated the top 20 companies to work for in LA and has an amazing work culture. This company is invested it its employees and has a very collaborative environment. Must have at least four years experience in client servicers within the financial industry.

Looking for dynamic candidates that have experience in account management and sales support. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate.

This role is fully in office.

Qualified candidates MUST have:

• BS/BS degree
• Client service experience, preferable in financial services
• Series 65 License is preferred
• Experience with Fidelity, Schwab and Salesforce a PLUS
• Salesforce experience highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint is a MUST
• Exceptional communication skills - able to interact with c-level executives
• Be able to stay calm in a fast paced environment
• Understanding financial services industry
• Excellent communication skills, great attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Direct hire: $70-100,000
