• Worksite Location: Coon Rapids, MN
• Work Schedule: Flexible 8:00am-8:00pm, Monday-Thursday & 8:00am-5:00pm on Friday
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour + commission once converted

What you’ll do as a Collection Agent:

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to collect on delinquent payments
• Use problem-solving skills to achieve payment of debt
• Locate consumer or follow up on a previous commitment obligations
• Ensure compliance of both company and client policies
• Gather data and document proper systems

What you’ll bring to the Collection Agent role:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous collections experience preferred but not required
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
• General PC knowledge
• Positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
