Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full time Community Director to join our team. The Community Director will provide oversight to the team, process annual certifications, interim certifications, new lease packets, and help drive operational success at the site, while providing excellent customer service. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Role and Responsibilities :

• Oversee overall operation of the property.
• Comply with Federal, State and Local programs.
• Manage staff.
• Rent collection.
• Processing applications and recertifications.
• Customer service.
• Data entry.

• Prior experience in the multifamily housing industry.
• Prior affordable experience, Section 8 preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a huge plus.
• PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver License and reliable and insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
