Job Description

We are a growing Civil Construction Company, looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with previous Civil experience, with 1+ years of Project Manager experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and codes.
• Coordinate and manage activities delegated by the Project Manager, ensuring that work is completed to the required standard.
• Communicating with owners, vendors and subcontractors
• Coordinating with jobsite superintendents while maintaining a positive client relationship across multiple projects

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous Project Manager experience
• 1+ years of Civil experience; highway, warehouse, earthwork, industrial, etc.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
