About the Role:

Manage day-to-day construction operations, including budgets, schedules, design coordination, and subcontractor management, with an emphasis on collaboration and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and design teams
• Lead problem-solving and value-engineering discussions
• Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–8 years project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field  preferred but NOT required
• Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
