Responsibilities

• Not withstanding specific tasks noted below, the Project Manager’s responsibility is to take a project from contract phase to completion of project to include up to final payment received. It is the Project Manager’s responsibility to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.
• Review contract scope.
• Provide all contract administration including RFI's, pay applications, submittals.
• Process change order request
• Process all paperwork submitted to accounting to include job invoices, save/loss reports, billing projections, etc.
• Conduct regular site inspections and attend GC meetings as needed.
• Process change order requests in a timely matter and follow up with GC for approval and payment
• Work with estimating department as needed on upcoming projects or drawing revision changes.
• Maintain good customer relations.

Skills

• Strong Microsoft office skills.
• 5+ years experience in construction project management, ideally in cast-in-place concrete
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive risk management.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
