Position Overview:

As a Construction Project Manager for Mechanical Systems, you will oversee project teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and profitably. You will work closely with stakeholders and installers to uphold high standards of quality and compliance for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems in buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the specified standards.
• Manage project finances, including cost tracking and billing.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and activities of subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing commercial mechanical systems projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Proficiency in budget management and project planning.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• A degree in Construction Management is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required; estimating experience is a plus.
