Contracts and Pricing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based on current business needs and competitive market dynamics.
• Conducting research and performing competitive pricing analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitoring the ongoing competitive environment to ensure pricing practices maintain the company’s reputation and customer satisfaction.
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance teams to position the product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product strategy and revenue goals.
• Evaluating opportunities to monetize products offered initially at a reduced or no cost and identifying upsell potential as product positioning evolves.
• Projecting the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and rebate programs on revenue and profitability.
• Creating and administering pricing databases to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Coordinating the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization and ensuring alignment with internal policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Degree required (preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple pricing initiatives and ensure data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools for modeling and reporting.
• Experience in pricing, contracts, finance, or sales operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with pricing systems, CRM tools, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP or Salesforce) is a plus.
• Understanding of healthcare industry pricing practices and compliance requirements is preferred.
