Spartan Logistics is looking for a dedicated Office Manager to serve as the central hub of our corporate office operations in Columbus, OH . This position's schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 p m at a starting pay of $22-24 an hour based on experience.

What You'll Do as an Office Manager

As the first point of contact for our corporate office, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless office operations and providing top-notch administrative support to multiple departments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Greeting visitors, determining their needs, and ensuring they are directed appropriately.
  • Managing calendars for the President and management team, scheduling meetings, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Organizing and maintaining office files (both electronic and physical) and assisting with presentations.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and document scanning.
  • Overseeing office supply procurement for the corporate office and Columbus locations.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for employees and monitoring office staff availability.
  • Managing monthly expense reports for the President and Vice President.
  • Ordering corporate office lunches, replenishing breakroom snacks, and organizing office events.
  • Performing light office cleaning and maintaining an organized front-office environment.
Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Business or Office Administration or equivalent administrative experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and high integrity.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM .
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
