Drive and manage multi-channel quarterly projects with a focus on digital and social activations. Coordinate work across digital deliverables with creative teams and multiple vendors. Provide clarity to media partners, ensure deliverable accuracy, and manage review sessions.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will independently own and drive multi-channel quarterly work, primarily focusing on digital and social activations. You'll be responsible for advancing projects week-over-week across all digital deliverables, working collaboratively with creative teams and partners. Your role involves managing the complexities of custom digital units, coordinating with multiple vendors, and ensuring all outputs meet business requirements on time and within budget.

Day in the Life

  • Drive digital, custom, and social project deliverables.
  • Lead discussions and contribute clarity to media partner conversations.
  • Create documents for creative teams outlining deliverables.
  • Manage review processes across creative and leadership teams.
  • Adapt to evolving project timelines and processes flexibly.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years in project management of medium to large projects in digital/social platforms.
  • Creative project management experience preferred; ad agency experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.
