Job Description

Our Boston based technology client is looking for a Creative Services Project Manager for an immediate long term full time contract--

The Creative Services Project Manager serves as the key project manager and process champion for our Creative Services team. This role ensures that all creative requests are intake-ready, well-documented, and efficiently managed from start to finish.

You will act as the bridge between requestors and the creative team, ensuring clear scope, realistic timelines, and smooth workflows to enable high-quality deliverables. Experience with a project management tool such as Jira, Workfront or Trello required as well as some familiarity with Figma.

Key Responsibilities

Review all incoming creative requests to ensure they contain complete and

accurate information before assigning them to the team.

Clarify project goals, target audience, specifications, and key deliverables with

requestors.

Identify and resolve any gaps in requests before work begins.

Develop structured workflows for each project, outlining steps, dependencies,

and responsible parties.

Set realistic project timelines and negotiate deadlines with stakeholders.

Track project progress and proactively address potential roadblocks.

Maintain and improve process documentation, best practices, and standard

specifications for the team.

Organize and oversee the team's document storage system to ensure easy access to assets and reference materials.

Manage the team’s showcase boards on Figma, ensuring they are kept up to

date and organized.

Act as the primary point of contact for project requestors, ensuring clear

expectations and alignment on project scope.

Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to

optimize workflows and resolve project challenges.

Provide regular updates on project status and manage stakeholder expectations.

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or a similar

role within a marketing or creative services team.

Strong understanding of creative processes, including design, content creation,

and branding.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and familiarity

with design tools such as Figma.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with a knack for problem-

solving.

Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative

teams.
