Job Description

A multidisciplinary research team in footwear Industry is seeking a passionate Customer service Assistant to support large-scale field research initiatives. This role involves direct interaction with participants throughout research programs, managing relationships, tracking study metrics, and overseeing research tool inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Support participants through recruitment, onboarding, participation, and offboarding.
  • Manage participant relationships, retention, and study compliance.
  • Communicate study details, troubleshoot equipment, and provide updates.
  • Oversee inventory management of research tools and products.
  • Track and report study metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Airtable, Campaign Monitor, Adobe, and Excel.
  • Experience in customer service, customer relations, and project management.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in participant/customer-facing roles (athlete experience preferred).
  • Research experience is a plus.
