Role : Customer Service Representative / Sales Support Specialist

Location : Bentonville, Arkansas

Schedule :

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the order management system, track them daily, and communicate internally to the Sales Support Specialist Team.
• Ensure all order details (quantity, pricing, discount, ship date, custom forms, delivery date, etc.) are accurate.
• Weekly complete forecast for this week and next to instruct replenishment on lates demand projections.
• Manage the aging inventory at the DC to sell to customers or identify when it needs to be moved to the commodity desk
• Provide support to the Support Specialist in Mexico as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of indirect sales and/or customer service experience
• Background in a multi-task, high-pressure environment that expects a sense of urgency.
• Experience in produce, food, or other short-shelf-life product line is desirable.
• Retail or CPG experience is desirable.
• Ability to both navigate and communicate internally and externally for excellent service to customers.
• Ability to be adaptable to change.
• Preferred experience in creating processes and program management.
• Experience with purchase Orders
