Customer Service Representative

Location: Irvine, CA (onsite)

Pay Range : $21-$23/hr.

Job Overview: We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves processing Warranty RGA parts orders for both domestic and international regions, generated by our Technical Support teams. You will ensure exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving shipping issues, all while adhering to team objectives and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Process domestic and international Warranty Parts (RGAs) using SAP, ensuring accurate order processing
Collaborate with Technical Support to review and update orders, resolve discrepancies, and request new orders if necessary.
Create FedEx shipping and return labels, manage shipping documents, and upload commercial invoices using FedEx Ship Manager.
Ensure compliance with warehouse cut-off times and address customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
Resolve shipping issues in partnership with FedEx Domestic and International teams, including non-deliverable locations and damaged shipments.
Maintain accurate order and shipping records, report discrepancies, and assist with nightly RGA reports.
Act as a liaison between the company and vendors, coordinating returns and third-party shipments.
Support the Sales Order team with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, order processing or office administration.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Typing speed of 65 WPM and strong data entry skills.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.

With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
