JOB PURPOSE

Working under the direction of the brand managers, Digital Marketers help execute marketing campaigns within a wide range of requirements using third-party systems, various tech integrations, and coordination within departments.

Digital Marketers need to have a broad experience and familiarity within a range of marketing technologies, and corresponding in-depth expertise with at least a few.

However, this is not a design position. As much as we appreciate experience working with Adobe, Canva, photography, or designing marketing materials - that’s not what this job is about.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively execute marketing campaigns and analyze data using a broad range of software and platforms
  • Accurately and effectively manage various Google services like Google Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads
  • SEO - Understand how to Identify and perform organic search improvements to websites
  • Manage paid ads with Google and Meta
  • Social Media - help set up, execute, and improve organic social media campaigns using scheduling software, analytics, and other tools
  • Email marketing - manage email lists, build templates, set up automations, test, and execute campaigns timely and with exceptional accuracy
  • Implement, edit, and manage website content timely and accurately.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and maintain technology integrations to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Use project management software to support brand managers in ensuring that tasks and projects are completed effectively and efficiently.

  • Stay up to date with technology updates and availability
  • Maintain familiarity with various platforms
  • Proactively contribute ideas related to marketing, operations, or procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned as part of a “can-do” attitude

It’s ok not to know how to do something, and questions are always welcome. But, you must be able to actively problem solve.

  • Must be able to clearly communicate ideas, solutions, and challenges in writing and verbally.
  • We work in a highly collaborative environment. You will receive training where needed, and will always have a team to help support you. With that said, you’ll be expected to be able to work with little to no supervision at times.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • This position is open to NYS residents only. Must be able to travel to WNY.

Prove

  • n marketing experience using common industry-standard platforms and software
  • 3+ years of experience in a Mac-based environment working with G-suite applications and a variety of digital marketing tech.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid ads within Meta & Google3+ years of experience working with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console. Google certification a plus
  • Total confidence with virtual meeting platforms
  • Proficiency using project management software (Asana a plus)
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, and interest to continually learn and develop.
  • Experience working with various CRMs, such as Hubspot, Zoho, Monday, etc .
