Job Description

In this role you will perform as a sales liaison between luxury consortia accounts, key retail accounts, and wholesale accounts for Atlantis Paradise Island (The Coral, The Royal, The Cove, The Reef, and Harborside). This role is responsible for building and celebrating each assigned account while championing the number one resort destination in the world!

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Maximize and maintain existing accounts but also identify and solicit new.
• Develop strategies and monitor action plans for assigned accounts to meet individual and departmental revenue goals.
• Monitor and analyze account performance to identify and present revenue opportunities to the executive team.
• Conduct Travel Advisor Sales Calls and Roadshows including making sales presentations and hosting lunches/dinners.
• Represent the company during partner events (i.e. Trade Shows, Product Launches etc.)
• Hold webinars and other educational seminars.
• Coordinate educational familiarization/inspection trips to Atlantis Paradise Island.
• Develop incentive programs with designated accounts as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the company and clients; serve as spoke person on behalf of the company as directed.
• Assist in resolving client issues and concerns by involving and escalating to internal department heads.
• Gather account insights, trends, and feedback and present to the executive team.

Marketing

• Manage the marketing budget associated with assigned accounts including negotiating co-op and placements.
• Maintain a full year marketing calendar to support awareness and promotional activities.
• Work closely with Brand Communications to ensure brand integrity in assigned accounts’ channels of distribution.

Administration

• Provide on-going support /account maintenance to include invoicing, inventory and billing issues.
• Communicate contractual and promotional rate information to assigned accounts.
• Continuous updates to CRM with agency information after sales calls. 
• Ensure internal and hotel departments understand issues related to assigned accounts.
• Provide strategic input/recommendations for growing transient business.
• Provide input for departmental reports as designated.
• Support the Vice President of Leisure Sales.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent verbal/written communication & presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time, both domestic and international
