  • Operational Oversight: Establish and maintain efficient operational workflows, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Patient Care & Quality: Oversee all aspects of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and compassionate service are met. Develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives, and lead our QAPI efforts
  • Financial & Resource Management: Collaborate with the team to manage the budget and resources effectively, identifying opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
  • Community Engagement: Act as a key ambassador for the hospice department, building relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and families.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a clinical manager or higher leadership role, in a hospice or home health setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a hospice RN .
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Prior experience with CHAP preferred.
  • Proven entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You should be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of hospice regulations, standards of care, and best practices.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, bonus potential, and mileage reimbursement.
  • Medical and dental insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; Paid Time Off.
  • Potential company equity as part of your compensation package.
  • The rare and exciting opportunity to be a part of building a model hospice for our Colorado community and beyond!

If you're ready to make a significant impact on our organization and the lives of the patients we serve, we'd love to hear from you!
