Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled full-time Diving Supervisor & Superintendent to join our team. The Diving Supervisor & Superintendent oversees all diving operations, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations and is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of diving activities and leading the diving team.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all diving operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Organize and oversee the dive plan.
• Supervise the dive team and ensure effective communication between divers and surface support.
• Keeping detailed records of each dive, including equipment checks, diver health assessments, and dive logs.
• Conduct pre-dive meetings to brief divers on hazards and emergency procedures.
• Assess and maintain all diving equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to new divers and ensure all team members are up to date with the latest techniques and safety protocol
• Ensure all diving operations comply with state, federal, and international regulations and standards.
• Monitor the health and fitness of divers before, during, and after dives to ensure they are fit for duty.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Association of Diving Contractors (ADC) accredited school
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in diving operations
• Must be first aid and CPR certified.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage high pressure situations
• Must be able to pass a dive physical
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the Unites States
• Maintain a clean driving record and background
