Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center seeks a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! We encourage you to apply if you love working with children and are excited about early childhood education.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support learning and development
• Support the Infant/Toddler and Preschool Supervisors as needed
• Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping parents informed through our communication app
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members

What You’ll Need:

• EEC certification in Infant, Toddler, or Preschool required
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM – 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Up-to-date immunizations
• Previous teaching experience in a daycare or early childhood setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
