Job Description

We are a dynamic and fast-growing women’s fashion brand seeking a talented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to take full ownership of our e-commerce website. The ideal candidate will ensure our online platform runs smoothly, delivers a seamless shopping experience, and drives sales growth. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail to maintain and optimize the digital storefront.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Own the end-to-end management of the e-commerce website.
  • Ensure the website is fully operational and its health is maintained, including regular testing.
  • Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with design team to update banners, collection pages, navigation, and overall aesthetic of our site

Product Management

  • Handle all product uploads, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and metadata.
  • Implement SEO best practices for product uploads to maximize organic traffic and search visibility.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure accurate product availability.

Campaign Implementation

  • Set up and manage promotions and discounts in alignment with the Editorial calendar.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.

Analytics

  • Monitor website analytics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance and suggest actionable insights.

Collaboration and Agency Support

  • Support external agencies to support website development, SEO strategies and Paid Media campaigns
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain strong communication with outside partners.

Customer Experience

  • Maintain and enhance the online shopping experience, ensuring it aligns with the brand's aesthetic and values.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the website promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in Shopify Plus
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with website optimization, A/B testing, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
