Your mission will involve leading projects from concept to completion, focusing on renewable energy development, transforming landfill gas into Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), and managing operations with a keen eye on sustainability and efficiency.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • A bachelors or masters degree in engineering or a related field, showcasing your foundation in technical and engineering principles.
    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in engineering project planning and execution, demonstrating your ability to bring complex projects to life.
    • Proven expertise in translating high-level project requirements into detailed plans and designs, ensuring clarity and actionability.
    • A solid understanding of technology as it applies to engineering and project management, keeping projects innovative and efficient.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams, highlighting your ability to integrate diverse perspectives and drive projects forward collaboratively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, developers, marketing teams, and government entities, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and engaged.
    • Accurately interpret blueprints and technical documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates and proposals, laying the groundwork for project success.
    • Coordinate all aspects of engineering projects, from planning through execution, fostering teamwork and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
    • Manage the project lifecycle, utilizing project management tools and best practices to keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned with goals.
    • Develop detailed project schedules based on plans and specifications, ensuring milestones are clear and achievable.
    • Drive proposal development and technical writing efforts, crafting compelling narratives that secure project buy-in and funding.
    • Monitor resource allocation and timelines closely, adapting plans as needed to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
    • Evaluate alternative strategies and secure competitive quotes, ensuring projects are both innovative and cost-effective.
    • Report on project status, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategies for success to stakeholders and leadership.
    • Ensure all project activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a commitment to sustainability and compliance.
