Job Description

We seek passionate educators to teach English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension, to students worldwide. This full-time, permanent role allows you to work remotely while engaging with a diverse global community of learners and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching English Language Skills: Provide in-depth instruction on English grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension to a wide range of students.

Lesson Planning and Material Development: Develop captivating lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to various learning styles and needs.

Student Assessment and Evaluation: Perform regular assessments to track and evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback and support as necessary.

Curriculum Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to refine and improve curriculum design and delivery.

Individualized Student Support: Provide additional assistance and personalized support to students needing extra help to meet their learning objectives.

Requirements:

Academic Background: A Bachelor's degree in any field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and commitment to education.

Instructional Proficiency: Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring, with a proven ability to effectively transfer knowledge and skills.

English Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

Engaging Lesson Plans: Capability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans using diverse teaching methods and resources.

TEFL/TESOL Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Young Learners: Experience working with children or young learners.

Cross-Cultural Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with students from various cultural backgrounds.
