Cy-Hope Counseling is a group practice located in Cypress, Texas, with a team of 15-20 licensed clinicians specializing in various fields including play therapy, children and adolescent counseling, marriage and family therapy, group therapy, individual adult counseling, and pre-marital counseling. Cy-Hope Counseling operates as a part of Cy-Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children and families facing economic, spiritual, and relational challenges.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Evening Intake Specialist located in Cypress, TX. The Evening Intake Specialist will be responsible for handling client intake processes, ensuring seamless communication between clients and counselors, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes managing client information, scheduling, managing email accounts, and assisting clients with the necessary paperwork.
