Job Description

  Now Hiring: Executive Administrative Assistant for Cemetery Management  

We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and reliable individual to help manage day-to-day operations at our cemetery.

This role is perfect for someone who’s professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting families during sensitive times.

  Responsibilities:  • Scheduling & calendar management

• Communication with clients and vendors

• Organizing records & handling documentation

• Coordinating with grounds staff

• Supporting cemetery arrangements and operations

  Requirements:  • Strong organizational & communication skills

• Discretion, empathy, and professionalism

• Experience in admin or funeral services is a plus, but not needed

• Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic tech tools

  • Specifically, Google Workspace and social media platforms
