We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the CEO of a global organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the CEO's calendar, email correspondence, travel arrangements, and task management.
Serve as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
Prepare reports, manage confidential documents, track budgets, and maintain organized records.
Facilitate board and shareholder relations, helping to strengthen key business relationships.
Support data analysis, project coordination, process improvement, and KPI monitoring.
Manage access to the CEO, represent the executive office, and assist with strategic initiatives.
Work closely with senior leadership, coordinate high-level meetings and events, and assist in crisis management when necessary.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required.
3-4 years of administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting senior executives.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Background in seed, ornamentals, or produce industries is a plus.
