We currently have an opportunity within our dynamic Technology division as an Executive Recruiter. We are seeking someone with: Staffing Firm experience, Contract IT roles as well as Permanent IT roles.

About IT Recruiting:

Our IT team specializes in the strategic placement of full-time professionals with the following verticals:

• Developers - Network Administrators
• Business Analyst - Computer Engineers
• IT Analyst - Security Analysts

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Source, engage and submit exceptional talent across all levels utilizing our extensive database, job boards, LinkedIn, and more
• Facilitate the interview process and address any client/candidate concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire process, offering support both before and after interviews
• Conduct comprehensive reference checks
• Lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Staffing firm experience is required
• 4+years of post-college experience
• Sales experience is a plus
