Family Medicine Physician

Join an established rural community health center in North Georgia (one hour from Atlanta Metro). Safe family friendly community with affordable housing, tons of outdoor activities, sport and music entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Convenient location to Hartford International Airport. FQHC full-service, including primary care, pediatrics, womens health, and behavior health.

Join a two provider team! Outpatient clinic - Monday to Thursday with 1/2 day of Friday. Walk into an established panel. See patients of all ages providing preventative and chronic care. Call requirement (phone consults) every 6-week rotation. Group participates in training medical students and residents. Nurse Practitioner supervision. eClinical Works EMR.

Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency highly desired!

Requirements:

• BE / BC Family Medicine
• GA Licensed, or eligible

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary (up to $225k)

• family medicine or internal medicine (will they see adolescents to adult/geriatrics? – Family Medicine. Currently mostly adults but would like to have someone who could go younger.
• Mon-Friday? or any Saturday clinic? Monday thru Friday, Off at 12 on Friday. No Saturdays
• any call (phone or clinic) required? Just phone, about 1 in 6, for a week at a time. Advanced Practice Provider takes the bulk with the physician available for the most critical
• will they supervise mid-levels or medical staff? - Yes
• what is the EMR? – Eclinical Works
• what’s the base salary ranges? $220,000
• any language requirement? Prefer Bi-Lingual Spanish, but not Required

1.27.23 only looking for PCP for Cartersville; Reopened on 12/2/22 - Cartersville; also opening a new location in Buford in 2023; starting with a FNP to open clinic.  Closed on 9/15/22 - no reply.  6.15.22 Doc retiring in Cartersville after 40 years of service; confirmed $220k, no productivity bonus; 2.17.22 Creating a new opp for Dr Jennings in Cartersville
