Job Description:
This position will be working under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). Duties will include surveying and staking oil and gas wells, engineered facilities, pipelines, compressor sites, other well facilities, power line construction, boundary lines, ALTA surveys, and large-scale topographical surveys. Responsible for providing data collection for engineering design using GPS equipment and/or a total station, downloading data using Trimble Navigation software (for GPS), transferring data to AutoCAD Civil 3D 2022, and any other duties as assigned.
Special Skills:
Computer skills are required. The applicant must have extensive experience with AutoCAD. Experience with Trimble Business Center and Trimble GPS equipment is preferred. The applicant may provide assistance with UAS (drone) operations and may have the opportunity to obtain FAA Part 107 certification. An LSIT certificate is preferred, but not required.
