Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Overview: I have partnered with a client in South Florida, and we are looking for a Financial Analyst with a background in manufacturing to provide accurate financial insights and analyses. This role supports the CFO in optimizing processes and implementing best practices to boost business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial forecasts and reports.
• Analyze cost accounting and manufacturing variances.
• Assist in monthly financial forecasts and P&L reporting.
• Develop and maintain key financial models.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand variance drivers and project impacts.
• Provide decision support and strategic plan analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant college coursework.
• 1 to 3 years of finance experience preferred.
• Ability to influence business decisions with financial support.
• Resolve conflicts professionally, positively, as well as being able to work independently.
• Partner with teams to drive results and meet deliverables.
• Identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage projects and leverage best practices.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
