Moore, Inc., a leading 3PL company involved in Trucking, Warehousing, and Brokerage, is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst of Warehouse Operations to join our dynamic team in our Tampa, FL location. About the Role - The Financial Analyst of Warehouse Operations serves as the critical link between warehouse operations and corporate finance. This role is responsible for organizing and preparing operational billing information, managing budgetary planning and reporting process, and administering claims processing. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with operational warehouse knowledge to ensure financial accuracy, streamline processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Extract, organize, and validate inventory and operational data from the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management Software (TMS), and manual reports to prepare billing submissions to Finance
• Develop and maintain billing schedules to ensure timely revenue capture
• Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to collect accurate billing data and resolve discrepancies
• Transmit finalized billing information to corporate finance for customer billing
• Develop, implement, and manage warehouse financial budgets across multiple facilities
• Collaborate with operations and corporate finance to establish expense assumption sheets and consistent budget reporting frameworks
• Create analytical reports for management highlighting operational costs, margins, trends, and financial performance
• Establish and maintain a standardized system for documenting all claims and their resolutions
• Work with operations to research claim discrepancies and short payment

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar role
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with warehouse or logistics operations
• Demonstrated proficiency with financial reporting tools and data analysis
• Experience with ERP systems, WMS, or TMS software
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
