Pay Range: $24- $27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• This is Temporary to Permanent Role and Conversion will be sometime early next year.
• Conduct data analysis related to procurement operations.
• Use Excel (including macros, VBA) for data manipulation, reporting, and automation.
• Rebuild and reengineer reports lost during the Oracle Fusion upgrade (90% of reports were impacted).
• Work with Microsoft automation tools.
• Manage and analyze data in the Analyze 360 database tool (a plus).
• Identify invalid or inconsistent data and resolve issues for accurate reporting.
• Develop APIs to streamline workflows or enhance reporting capabilities.
• Follow up with suppliers to clarify data and gather additional reporting inputs.
• Monitor trends and present findings to management.
• Support purchase-to-payment workflows .
• Create long-term reporting solutions and dashboards .

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Procurement ,Data Analysis ,VBA Macros .
• Strong Excel skills (macros, formulas, VBA).
• Data analysis expertise.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and operations.
• Presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Analyze 360.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
• API development experience .
