FSQA Manager Location: Camden, NJ

My client is looking for an FSQA Manager to oversee, enforce, and elevate food safety and quality systems across multiple operations. What You’ll Be Doing - Tracking FSQ issues and implementing corrective and preventative actions
- Managing product specs, labels, and supplier documentation
- Scheduling audits and representing FSQ during supplier and facility evaluations
- Conducting internal audits and training staff on GMP, HACCP, and quality protocols
- Supporting mock recalls and collaborating on new product development initiatives
About You - Be able to do the job as described
- SQF Certified Practitioner with HACCP certification
- Experience with beef, pork, poultry, and lamb specs; deep knowledge of traceability systems
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated, physically active environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong documentation and audit analysis skills
