We are seeking a polished and motivated Front Desk Administrator who can support our daily office operations while contributing to some graphic design and social media tasks.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact for clients, subcontractors, partners, and visitors. This role requires a poised, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. In addition to traditional front desk responsibilities, this person will assist with basic graphic design projects and social media content creation to support our growing brand.

Front Desk & Administrative Support

• Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Greet clients, subcontractors, and guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage check releases and ensure accurate distribution and logging
• Track, organize, and maintain essential paperwork and documentation
• Perform filing, scanning, and general office organization tasks
• Provide administrative support to project managers and leadership as needed

Marketing & Design Support

• Create simple graphics and layouts for internal documents, presentations, and marketing materials
• Assist with social media content planning, posting, and brand-consistent visual design
• Collaborate with the marketing team or management on maintaining brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role
• Basic to intermediate graphic design ability (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting a luxury-tier brand
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
