Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, bubbly, upbeat, energetic and personable individual to fill the role of Front Desk Receptionist/Marketing Assistant in our new San Antonio office. This pivotal position serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks. This position will also work as a Marketing Assistant and help coordinate and follow up on various marketing events. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position that will eventually go full time so ideal candidate must be able to go full time eventually. This position will also require working a few nights a month at our marketing seminars.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area to leave a lasting positive impression.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, mail distribution, and office supply inventory.
  • Provide support for events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
  • Monitor text platform
  • Assist with various marketing events and tasks including attending two to four seminars a month, assisting with marketing events and tasks and assist with follow up from seminars.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role.
  • Must have a fun, bubbly and upbeat demeanor.
  • Must present yourself in a professional manner.
  • Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on time management and organization
  • Must be tech-forward and comfortable navigating both existing tools and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in various office applications and familiarity with computerized phone systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A friendly disposition with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Marketing experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 25 per week
